Application Form for Non-Party Disclosure of Tribunal Documents
This form should be used to make an application for the disclosure by the Tribunal of documents held by it pursuant to its statutory function under the Solicitors Act 1974 to hear and determine applications made to it under that Act.
It should not be used for subject access applications under the Data Protection Act or any other form of application.
