Victoria is a Solicitor Member of the Tribunal. She was appointed in October 2025. Victoria has spent most of her career in the public sector, and specialises in public law and drafting legislation. Victoria is also a Disability Qualified Member of the First-Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber).
