Olwen Davies

Olwen Davies is a freelance solicitor – advocate with extensive experience of  prosecuting and defending criminal cases in the Magistrates’ and Crown Court. She is the co- author of Jordan’s A Practitioner’s Guide to the Criminal Justice Act 2003. She trains lawyers and investigators and is a co- editor of Wilkinson’s Road Traffic Offences. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judges ( Magistrates’ Court) in 2012 and as a solicitor member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in October 2025.
