Adair Richards

Adair is a lay member of the Tribunal.  He was appointed in June 2019.  He is Managing Director of a training consultancy, Honorary Associate Professor of Chemistry at the University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Adair has been a judicial officer holder since 2007 and is currently a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge, First-tier Tribunal Judge, and sits as a Judge of the Family Court.
