Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Appointment Protocol 2020
Following consultation, the Master of the Rolls has issued a new Protocol for appointments to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. Following publication of the Protocol, the SDT now intends to commence the recruitment process for new Tribunal Members later this year.
