The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) is seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director to support the organisation as it enters its next chapter.

This is a significant opportunity to contribute at board level during a period of strategic refinement and modernisation. We are looking for an individual who brings strong oversight, a clear commitment to integrity and impartiality, and a focus on excellence in legal regulation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial governance and ensuring value for money and long-term sustainability across our services. They will hold a recognised accountancy qualification with current professional body membership, and have senior-level experience in finance, audit, or commercial strategy in the public, private, or regulatory sector
