UPDATE: Case No. 11502 / 2016 – SRA v Day, Malik, Crowther and Leigh Day (A Firm)

Simon Tinkler, the Chairman of the SDT Division which sat on Case No. 11502 / 2016 – SRA v Day, Malik, Crowther and Leigh Day (A Firm), on 24 August 2017 issued the following information to the parties to the proceedings:

The Tribunal Members are working on the Judgment and currently do not expect that it will be issued until the latter part of September 2017.

This information is intended to assist members of the public and the profession and the Press.
