SDT Publishes Comments On LSB Project

The LSB published its final version of its Assessment on its website yesterday, after having taken into account a number of points made in the SDT’s comments and revised the document accordingly. The SDT still does not accept several of the key conclusions reached by the LSB in its Assessment.  The SDT will be meeting with the LSB and other stakeholders over the coming months to discuss the Tribunal’s concerns and suggest alternative solutions based on the SDT’s long, unrivalled experience of dealing with disciplinary cases within the legal market.
