SDT Annual Report

This Annual Report covers the period 1 May 2012 to 30 April 2013. It contains comment from the President of the Tribunal Andrew Spooner and the Lay Vice-President (since 19 May 2013) Cindy Barnett.  An analysis of case statistics for the period is also provided. The SDT has made excellent progress in respect of its performance against targets as evidenced by its Performance Measurements.  With the establishment of new court rooms, the SDT is able to offer parties and their representatives a more comfortable environment  for hearings and hearing dates within 6 months of the issue of proceedings in all cases. Biographical details of Tribunal Members and staff can be found towards the end of the Report. The SDT thanks all concerned for their contribution towards making 2012/2013 such a productive period in the Tribunal’s long history.
