Publication of updated Judgment Publication Policy

On 1 October 2018 the SDT’s Policy Committee, led by the President of the Tribunal Edward Nally, published an updated version of the SDT’s Judgment Publication policy.

The policy has been reviewed following the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 coming into effect.  It has also been updated to provide information about judgments not specifically covered in the previous version.
