Publication of updated Judgment Publication Policy

On 4 September 2019 the SDT’s Policy Committee, led by the President of the Tribunal Edward Nally, published an updated version of the SDT’s Judgment Publication policy.

The period of publication of judgments on the SDT’s website where sanctions have indefinite effect has been reviewed and updated.  Such judgments will now be remain on the website (subject to a successful application resulting in removal) for 60 years rather than indefinitely.  The policy has also been updated to provide information about the position where a Respondent is deceased.
