Publication of the responses received to the consultation on proposed amendments to the Policy on the Supply of Documents from Tribunal Records to a Non-Party

Following representations the Policy Committee has reconsidered its decision not to publish the responses received in relation to the above consultation. The Tribunal has now approved publication of the responses to the consultation. A number of redactions have been made for legal reasons, including in relation to the identification of third parties, and where the response does not relate to the functions of the SDT, matters within its control or the policy consulted upon. The responses can be found here.
