Publication Of Guidance Notes On Sanctions, Other Powers and Appeals

On 14 December 2020 the SDT’s Policy Committee, led by the President of the Tribunal Edward Nally, published the 8th Edition of its Guidance Note on Sanctions. This edition replaces all previous editions of the Guidance and will apply to all cases to be heard by the Tribunal after 1 January 2021.

On the same date the Policy Committee also published the 4th Edition of its Guidance Note on Other Powers of the Tribunal and the 4th Edition of its Guidance Note on Appeals.  These editions replace all previous editions of these two Guidance Notes and will apply to all cases to be heard by the Tribunal after 1 January 2021.
