Operational Plan 2020–2023 – Review of Activities in 2020 and Planned Activities for 2021

In late 2019 the Tribunal published its Strategic and Operational Plans for 2020-2023. At the time the plans were written, we could not have begun to imagine how 2020 would unfold, and the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic would have on the Tribunal and on thousands of other UK businesses. Our priorities in 2020, and the activities we had planned, inevitably shifted as we focused on how best to adapt to the changes necessitated by the pandemic, whilst continuing to manage cases fairly and effectively.

We are now publishing a Review of Activities in 2020 and Planned Activities for 2021 which sets out the progress we have made against the Activity Schedule that we set out as part of our Operational Plan. We also set out our proposed Activity Schedule for 2021 to support the achievement of our three strategic objectives.
