Guidance Note On Sanctions

On 20 November 2014, the Policy Committee of the SDT, led by the President of the Tribunal Andrew Spooner, published the 3rd Edition of its Guidance Note On Sanctions. This edition replaces all previous editions of the Guidance and applies to all cases to be heard by the Tribunal on and after 1 December 2014. The Guidance is reviewed annually to ensure that it remains up-to-date.
