David Potts Appointed District Judge

With effect from 31 March 2014, David Potts resigned from his appointment as a Solicitor Member of the SDT on his appointment to a full time judicial role, namely District Judge assigned to the Midland Circuit.  He will continue to sit as a Recorder. David was appointed to the SDT by the Master of the Rolls on 14 August 2006.
