David Gilbertson

David Gilbertson QPM, who has been a Lay Member of the Tribunal since 1999, retired on 31 August 2014.

David has been appointed to the ILEX Professional Standards Board (“IPS”).  Membership of the Executive Board for IPS, the Approved Regulator for CILEX Legal Executives under the Legal Services Act 2007, meant that David had to retire from the SDT.

The Tribunal Members and staff are sorry to say good-bye to David after a long and illustrious career at the SDT. We all wish him well in what will be an interesting role.
