Coronavirus

The Tribunal’s offices and courtrooms at Gate House are currently closed until further notice in light of the coronavirus outbreak.  Please do not attend the Tribunal until further notice.

If you wish to contact us, including to send us documents or to contact us about an application or a forthcoming hearing, please do so by email to enquiries@solicitorsdt.com and someone will deal with it.   If your query cannot be dealt with by email and you need to speak to someone, please call us on 07498 545841 or 07930 500233.  Please do not call on our usual office number as it is temporarily unavailable.

We have introduced remote hearings and have contacted parties directly about the position in respect of individual matters. Any paper based application (for example to vary directions) can still be made and dealt with – please send these to the enquiries@solicitorsdt.com. New applications are also being considered and, if appropriate, issued and served by email. If you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please do not send us items by DX, courier or post as we cannot take delivery of these at the current time.

Please note that we cannot provide audio recordings of hearings at this time.
