Ms Charlton was admitted to the Roll in November 2016. The alleged misconduct occurred between 6 April 2022 and 27 July 2022 when she was a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Wills and Probate Private Client team.

The Rule 12 Statement was dated 3 September 2024. Part One Standard Directions were issued by the Tribunal dated 11 September 2024. Part Two Standard Directions were issued by the Tribunal dated 26 August 2025. Ms Charlton filed and served the Respondent’s Answer dated 22 October 2024. In the Answer Ms Charlton denied the allegations.

The Tribunal found on the balance of probabilities that the SRA did not prove the allegations against Ms Charlton. The Tribunal dismissed all of the allegations made against her.
