Case No. 11502 / 2016 – SRA v Day, Malik, Crowther and Leigh Day (A Firm)

The SDT has issued a Press Summary of the decision in Case Number 11502/2016 SRA v Day, Malik, Crowther, and Leigh Day.

The Press Summary can be accessed by clicking here.

The Tribunal’s direction concerning disclosure of documents does not prevent the parties, namely the SRA and Leigh Day, from disclosing documents to the Press and others; the direction merely states that the SDT will not be disclosing documents. Requests for disclosure should therefore be addressed to the parties and not to the SDT. The Press Summary also makes it clear that CDs of the hearing can be obtained from the Tribunal administrative office at a total cost of £10.

No further comment about this case will be made by the SDT.
