Adrian Gaynor-Smith

The President of the Tribunal, Andrew Spooner, is sorry to announce the death of former Solicitor Member Adrian Gaynor-Smith during the night of Tuesday 11 June 2013 after illness endured with courage, fortitude and good humour in adversity.  Adrian served the Tribunal with distinction for 25 years and was a man of great integrity and kindness. Whilst standing for no nonsense in his court room, he was always fair and even-handed in his approach to making decisions.  He was a credit to the profession. The Members of the Tribunal and staff send Adrian’s widow Sue and their sons Edward and Charles deepest sympathy at this difficult time.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Adrian’s life was held in Malvern College Chapel on Saturday, 31 August 2013 at 2.00 p.m.
