Anthony is a lay member of the Tribunal. He was appointed in June 2022 and was elected Lay Vice-President in March 2025. He is a senior leader in regulatory affairs, with over 20 years of experience in economic regulation and the regulation of professions. Anthony’s other roles include a mix of board appointments, public appointments, and chairing of technical committees and panels in regulated sectors.
