Investors In People

The SDT’s administration company, SDTAL, was awarded Investors In People accreditation on 6 January 2015, a fantastic start to the New Year. The team project was led by Human Resources and Office Manager,  supported by the SDTAL Clerk and CEO, the deputy clerks and administrative staff, the SDTAL Board, and Tribunal Members. Quoting from the IIP website, IIP is a “management framework for high performance through people, with IIP’s prestigious accreditation recognised across the world as a mark of excellence.” The award demonstrates the continuing commitment of SDTAL staff to achieve the highest standards of performance when dealing with all users of Tribunal services and the wider public and legal profession, and in respect of the maintenance of their own personal development and training. We will not be resting on our laurels and will continue to develop and improve our processes and training programmes over the next 18 months.
