This notice relates to hearings which will take place in person or as a hybrid hearing. At present, members of the public and press will be granted remote access to the hearing and should not attend at Gate House
To ensure smooth running of the hearing:-
- Please ensure you turn off your camera and mute your microphone when joining the hearing
- You are not permitted to make an audio or video recording of the hearing without the Tribunal’s permission, and you must not take screen shots or still photographs of the hearing.
- Live tweeting is not permitted during the hearing and the Tribunal reserves the right not to readmit you to the hearing if live tweeting is discovered.
- Any recording request will be provided in audio format only after the hearing.
