On 1 December 2015, the Policy Committee of the SDT, led by the President of the Tribunal Andrew Spooner, published the 4th Edition of its Guidance Note On Sanctions. This edition replaces all previous editions of the Guidance and applies to all cases to be heard by the Tribunal on and after 1 December 2015. The Guidance is reviewed annually to ensure that it remains up-to-date.
