COVID 19: Hearings in Gate House

Following the closure of the Tribunal’s offices and courtrooms, from 7 September 2020, the majority of our hearings continue to be held remotely.  Please do not attend the Tribunal unless you have been notified that your hearing is taking place at Gate House.

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss of or change to your sense of smell or taste), please do not come to Gate House.  If you develop any of these symptoms within 14 days of  being at Gate House, or if you test positive for Covid-19 (or are awaiting a test result), you must contact us without delay at trackandtrace@solicitorsdt.com or on the numbers below.

Members of the press and public who wish to attend hearings can do so via Zoom.  Please contact us on enquiries@solicitorsdt.co to obtain a link to the hearing you wish to attend

If you need to contact us, including to send us documents or discuss an application or forthcoming hearing, please email us at enquiries@solicitorsdt.com.

If your query cannot be dealt with by email and you need to speak to someone, please call us on 07498 545841 or 07930 230411.  Please  avoid leaving voicemail messages as there may be a delay in picking them up.

Please continue to send us items electronically as there will be a delay in receiving postal items.  Please do not send us items by courier as we cannot receive these.  We no longer have a DX service.
