The Tribunal found, on the balance of probabilities, that the Applicant has proven all the allegations, with the exception of allegation 1.2.1, and that the Respondent had breached Principles 2, 5, 6 and 7 of the SRA Principles 2019 and failed to achieve Outcomes 1.2 and 1.4 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, REL’s and RFL’s.
