Mr Morris admitted all of the allegations. The Firm denied all of the allegations. The Tribunal, having determined that Enhanced Due Diligence (“EDD”) was not required in the circumstances of the case, found the allegations in relation to a breach of the MLRs (allegations 1.1 and 12 for Mr Morris and allegations 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 for the Firm) not proved. The Tribunal found allegation 1.3 proved against Mr Morris.
