Court). The Order remains in force pending the High Court’s decision on the appeal.

Mr Little was convicted in the USA of the offences set out in the Allegations in the Judgment. He sought to have the proceedings before the Tribunal stayed for lack of jurisdiction, but this was refused. Mr Little attended part of the substantive hearing. The Tribunal found the Allegations proved in full.
