The Tribunal has the power to terminate or determine an Indefinite Suspension.

The Law Society, via the SRA, is the Respondent to such an application. An application in such a case must be made on the prescribed form supported by a statement setting out the facts and matters supporting the application and exhibiting any documents relied upon by the Applicant.
