Application for LSB Approval of SDT Appeal Rules

On 5 August 2011 the SDT applied to the Legal Services Board (LSB) for approval of its procedural rules in relation to appeals. The LSB must grant approval before the SDT Appeal Rules are created by means of Statutory Instrument. The LSB’s initial decision period expires on 5 September 2011 but can be extended.
